1. Who we are

The Health Review (thehealthreview.com) is a UK health and wellness publication. This notice explains what personal data we handle when you use this site, and your rights over it. Questions and requests: hello@thehealthreview.com.

2. What we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is processed by beehiiv, our newsletter provider, to send you the weekly email. When you write to us, we keep your message so we can reply. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children, and we never ask for information about your health.

If you arrive from one of our own adverts and accept the cookie banner, we record which campaign brought you — a neutral label only — so we can measure our advertising. This label may accompany your newsletter signup or enquiry. It contains nothing about your health and is never shared with advertising platforms. See the cookies page for the details and how to clear it.

3. Coaching enquiries

The coaching page has a contact form. The name, email address and message you send are kept so Emily's team can reply — nothing else, and nothing books automatically. No third-party scheduler loads on this site.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell personal data and no third-party advertising trackers run on this site. No health-related information ever flows to advertising platforms. If analytics are added later, they will load only with your consent, and this notice will be updated first.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you — write to hello@thehealthreview.com.

6. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority — though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
